- Regional Coordinators (leaders of WP 6, 7, and 8),
- Thematic Work Package Leaders (leaders of WP1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 9),
- Coordinator acting as a Chairman of the Management Team, NSC and leader of WP10.
Each Regional Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination, planning, monitoring and reporting of the regional activities implementation of the project. They will also be responsible for the liaison with the Thematic Work Packages and therefore linking with the European Dimension of the project.
Thematic Work Package Leaders will be responsible for the coordination, planning, monitoring and reporting of the respective Work Packages (WP1 to WP5 and WP9). Each of the Thematic Work Packages are divided into tasks, with Task leader appointed to carry out the corresponding tasks as stated in the description of work packages above.
The Management Team is responsible for the day-to-day project implementation and completion of the agreed tasks, as well as for project management decisions according to the Description of Work, including legal, contractual, ethical, financial and administrative management of the consortium. The Management Team will report to the NSC on the status of the project progress.
This group will meet when needed to discuss progress, to take remedial action if necessary, and at least twice a year.
